California (“COUNTY”) and FRIENDS OF THE Laguna Beach BRANCH LIBRARY, a California non- profit 501(C)(3)(Corporation or Association)_Corporation (“THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY” or “LICENSEE”) without regard to number and gender. COUNTY and THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
