This Price Agreement is for the purchase of multifunction and printer equipment and print management services. The term of this price agreement shall commence on July 1, 2017 and shall terminate on June 30, 2022 with the option for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. The IUC-PG reserves the right to extend the contract and any expired Agreements shall convert to month-to-month service agreements (terminable upon 30 days’ notice) at the sole discretion of the IUC-PG.
