This EP Supplement is annexed to, and a part of, the Agreement between Customer and SAP. These supplemental terms and conditions and any modifications to the Agreement (as defined in the respective Order Form) made herein apply to the terms of each Extended Payment arrangement pursuant to an EPA (as defined below).
