This Economic Development and Performance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Buda 4B Corporation, a Type B corporation created pursuant to the authority of the Development Corporation Act of 1979 (“BEDC”), and Robertsons Family Restaurant II, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Brooklyn’s Down South (“Robertson” or “Company”), who may hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and sometimes individually referred to as a “Party.”
