This Domo App Publisher Program Agreement (“DAPPA”) is between Domo, Inc., a Utah corporation with offices located at 772 East Utah Valley Drive, American Fork UT 84003 (“Domo”) and _, with offices located at _ (“App Publisher”). Each App Publisher Affiliate that desires to be included as a member in the DAP Program must apply to the DAP Program on its own and separately agree to this DAPPA.
