These general terms and conditions apply only for commercial business with companies. They refer to all kind of repair work, work on equipment and any kind of work performed by WALLMAR LTD. This agreement is an integral part to all quotations and contracts of WALLMAR LTD and shall apply to any current or future business relationship. Offers, quotations or separate project contracts which might have some "unique" conditions, will only be additions to these " Genaral Terms and Conditions" and will be binding and have same legal rights as content in these General Terms and Conditions.
