This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency, hereinafter referred to as “SSA,” and Santa Ana Unified School District,Approach Learning and Assessment Centers, Incorporated, Doing Business As (DBA) Olive Crest Academy (OCA), hereinafter referred to as “SAUSDOCA.” This MOU contains program content and purpose along with specific guidelines for identifying school aged children (grades K-12), hereinafter referred to as “students,” to be directly certified for free school meals.
