CONSENT TO AGREEMENTConsent to Agreement • November 6th, 2015
(“Lien Holder”) is the current holder of the beneficial interest under a Deed of Trust dated and recorded as Document No. , Official Records of Riverside County, California (“Lien”). Lien Holder hereby consents to the Agreement to which this Consent is attached, between COACHELLA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public agency of the State of California, its successors and assigns and the Owner of the subject real property. Lien Holder hereby agrees that in the event of a foreclosure of the Lien, the Agreement shall survive such foreclosure and remain binding upon the subject real property and all subsequent owners thereof.
