FiledDecember 11th, 2020By signing this Agreement, the Parties are bound by its terms and conditions until its ending date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances: (1) for cause by either party; (2) by mutual consent of both parties; (3) by either party upon 30 days written notice to the other party, or (4) notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if funds for the continued fulfillment of this Agreement by TDA are at any time not available or are insufficient, through failure of any entity to appropriate funds or otherwise, then TDA will have the right to terminate this Agreement at no additional cost and with no penalty whatsoever by giving written notice documenting the lack of funding.

An agency or organization that is interested in receiving USDA Foods must submit to TDA for approval a completed Contract Packet, which includes the Application for Participation/Plan of Operation.
