This agreement describes your rights and obligations as a user of the mobile remote deposit service. It also describes the rights and obligations of Boone Bank C Trust Co. Please read this agreement carefully. By requesting and using these Services, you acknowledge electronic receipt of the Mobile Remote Deposit Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and agree that you have read and will abide by this agreement. You also agree that Boone Bank C Trust Co. does not need to provide you with an additional, paper (non-electronic) copy of this agreement, any changes to this agreement or any notice/disclosure that we are required by law to provide you, unless specifically requested. Further, you understand that using your browser’s print command and a printer, you can print a copy of this agreement.
