If the Facility, or parts of the Facility, is rented for any event where alcohol is to be served, only a bartender that is licensed with the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE) may serve alcohol during such event. This requirement must be included in Operator’s Rental Agreement.
