THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into on this 7th day of February, 2017, between the City of Palm Coast, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 160 Lake Avenue, Palm Coast, Florida 32164, (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”), and Sheriff Rick Staly of the Flagler County Sheriff’s office, whose principal address is 1001 Justice Lane, Bunnell, Florida 32110 (hereinafter referred to as “SHERIFF” ).
