Where the duties and/or title of a bargaining' unit position are be changed; where the duties and responsibilities of any new position to be created by the Employer are to be compromised the greater part of work previously assigned to a bargaining unit position positions, and where as a result the Employer intends to exclude such from the bargaining unit the Union will be informed and shall be supplied with the necessary job descriptions. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with copies of job descriptions for classifications within the bargaining unit.
