This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 4, 2018, by and among Barend C. Greyling (the “Seller”); Elementus Corporation Limited, a Cyprus corporation, and Azenby Group Limited., a Seychelles corporation (collectively the “Buyers” and each, a “Buyer”); Uneeqo, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and Uneeqo, Ltd., a corporation formed under the laws of the United Kingdom and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Subsidiary,” and together with the “Company” and the Seller and Buyers, the “Parties,” each being a “Party”).
