AGREEMENT BETWEENEconomic Development Agreement • June 18th, 2012
The Town Council of the TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, a municipal corporation (the “Town”), has approved participation in and support of the regional economic development program of the GREATER PHOENIX ECONOMIC COUNCIL (“GPEC”), an Arizona non-profit corporation. The purpose of this agreement (“Agreement”) is to set forth the regional economic development program that GPEC agrees to undertake, the support that the Town agrees to provide, the respective roles of GPEC and the Town and the payments of the Town to GPEC for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014.
