I, the undersigned, agree to license to Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and its agents the right to use and publish my artwork, written materials, photographs, videos, and other creations or works created by me (collectively “Works”) in connection with my participation in any courses or programs offered by or in connection with the District. In addition, although I retain the rights to the Works, I hereby grant the District and its agents a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non- exclusive right to edit, make derivative works of, digitize, transmit, broadcast, publicly display, publicly perform, copy and distribute the Works, or any portion thereof, and use my name and likeness, throughout the world, in all media now known or hereinafter discovered, including in advertising and publicity for the District.
