This Photo/Video Release Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned ("Participant") and the African American Golfer’s Digest hereinafter referred to as the "Releasee." 1. Permission Granted: I, the undersigned Participant, grant permission to the Releasee to use my photograph(s) and/or video(s) in any and all forms of media, for promotional, educational, or other related purposes. 2. Use of Images/Videos: The Releasee may use the images and/or videos captured during the event or related activities in various promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and any other promotional materials. 3. No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of my image(s) and/or video(s), and that this release is granted voluntarily. 4.
