The Shadow Mountain Road Reconstruction Project will require access to private property to install new underground water and sewer service lines. Moffat County and its Contractor (listed below) will require access to the front yard and underneath the home to hook up the new water and sewer lines and new water meter. The contractor will also install a service access hatch in front of the water meter for future service.
