This is an invitation for you to submit quotations to provide Printing Services for the Washington Convention Center Authority (WCCA). WCCA is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Printing Services. A BPA is a contract under which a contractor or vendor agrees to provide good and or services to a purchaser on a demand basis; the contract generally establishes prices, terms, conditions, and the period covered. Your quotation shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work.
