This Agreement also governs all services whether opened now or in the future and we may modify, change, add provisions or terms we deem necessary or in the best interests of the Credit Union, or amend the terms of this Agreement, the Rate and Fee Schedule and Privacy Policy at any time, and any change shall be immediately effective unless otherwise specifically required by applicable law.
