THIS AMENDMENT AGREEMENT NO. 1 to the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP dated February 20, 2013 (the “LP Agreement”) is dated effective as of the 9th day of June, 2015. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the LP Agreement.
