This Business Associate Agreement (this “BAA”) by and between Sprinklr Customer (“Covered Entity”) and Sprinklr, Inc. (“Business Associate” or “Sprinklr”), is entered is incorporated into and part of the Master Agreement (as defined below), for the purposes of complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and regulations promulgated thereunder (“HIPAA”) and the security provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, also known as the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (the “HITECH Act”).
