ADDENDUM to the End User License Agreement for Certain Hexagon Geospatial ProductsEnd User License Agreement Addendum • August 16th, 2019
If User has obtained a Hexagon Geospatial Division (“Hexagon Geospatial”) Software Product identified herein (“GSP Product”), whether it references this addendum (“Addendum”) or not, this Addendum is applicable to User. This Addendum addresses the licensing of certain GSP Product(s) and technology included therein if identified below. With regard to those certain GSP Product(s), this Addendum modifies the End User License Agreement or other applicable software license agreement (“EULA”) between User and Intergraph Corporation doing business as Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure (“Hexagon”). This Addendum shall only apply to User if User uses any of the products identified below by or through Hexagon. To the extent not inconsistent with this Addendum, all terms of the EULA shall apply to the use of the GSP Product(s).
