THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3 ("Amendment No. 3") to General Services Contract No. 20-041- 000, as amended (collectively, the "Contract"), is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission ("Owner" or "TFC"), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, and Shelton-Keller Group, Inc. dba SKG ("Contractor"), located at 6301 East Stassney Lane, Building 9-100, Austin, Texas 78744 (collectively, the "Parties"), for the purposes stated herein.
