This Subdivision Development and Improvement Agreement (“Agreement”), made and entered into between and among the Town of Johnstown, Colorado, a Colorado home rule municipal corporation (the “Town”) and CaliberCos, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Developer”) and The Villages at Johnstown, Metropolitan District No 1, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District”).
