These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use and/or purchase of Verizon’s digital media services (“Services”) from Verizon Digital Media Services Inc. and/or its Affiliate(s) (collectively, "Verizon") by the company identified in the Service Order signed by both parties (“SO”) and is effective as of the date of the fully executed SO (“Effective Date”).
