This First Amendment to the Agreement between the VILLAGE OF BISCAYNE PARK (“Village”) and GREAT WASTE AND RECYCLING SERVICE, LLC, (the “Contractor”) executed this day of June 2022 is made a part of the original Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Village and the Contractor, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment “A”.
