This Tech Ladies Master Hiring Partner Services Agreement (the “MSA”) is made between TechComm, LLC (d/b/a Tech Ladies) (“Tech Ladies”) and the party (“Client”) that subscribes to the Services (as defined below) pursuant to an executed order form referencing this MSA (each, an “Order Form”). Tech Ladies and Client may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the applicable Order Form.
