THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of this day of , 2021, by and between the Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “Utilities Commission”) and the City of New Smyrna Beach (the “Developer”). The Utilities Commission and Developer may collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
