In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA ARC") and The Boeing Company located at 14441Astronautics Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92647-2080 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Boeing"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties.”
