This INDENTURE, dated as of January 18, 2023 (this “Indenture”) by and between BANK LEUMI LE-ISRAEL B.M., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Israel (the “Issuer”), and REZNIK PAZ NEVO TRUSTS LTD., as trustee (in such capacity, together with its successors in such capacity, the “Trustee”).
