Texas State Technical College, an institution of higher education and an agency of the State of Texas (which may hereinafter be referred to as the “COLLEGE”) and [ISD, TEXAS HOME SCHOOL or PRIVATE/CHARTER SCHOOL ENTITY] and listed schools (which may hereinafter be referred to as the “HIGH SCHOOL PARTNER”).
