On behalf of Greystar Development East, LLC (“GDE”), I am pleased to set forth certain terms and conditions upon which GDE or an affiliate of GDE would be willing to purchase the fee simple interest for the site at 2200 Rock Hill Road. This non-binding Letter of Intent summarizes the basis upon which GDE would be willing to enter into a binding contract with Rock Hill Development, LLC (“Seller”) to purchase the Property.
