This Settlement Agreement re: riteaid.com (this "Agreement") is made as of March 31, 2008 (its "Effective Date"), by and between American Council of the Blind, American Foundation for the Blind, and California Council of the Blind (collectively the "Organizations") and Rite Aid Corporation ("Rite Aid"). The Organizations and Rite Aid are referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties."
