This Software Support Agreement (Agreement) defines how Edgecore Networks Corporation, a Taiwanese corporation with offices at No. 1 Creation Road III, Science Park, Hsinchu 300, Taiwan, R.O.C. (“Edgecore”) will provide Software Suppout for its customers. Singularly referred to as Party; Collectively referred to as Parties. Indivual customer is refered to herein as “You” or “Your”.
