State Street, Doylestown, Pennsylvania 18901 ("FBC"), in consideration of their mutual covenants, and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and agreed, and intending to be legally bound, hereby agree to the following plan of merger (the “Plan of Merger”) which has been developed in accordance with and subject to 15 Pa.C.S.A. Section § 332.
