This Agreement for Program Management Services and Optional Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) is made as of the day of April in the year 2017, between the Marin Community College District, a California community college district (“College”) and Gilbane Building Company (“Program Manager”) (both collectively “Parties”), for the College’s Measure B Bond Program (“Program”):
