☐ Service only. The customer is solely responsible for the design aspect, will provide the construct to be injected and will identify the desired CrispR site for insertion. MutaMouse will design and test CrispR for this site and run CrispR-mediated insertion. The screening protocol is to be designed by the customer and validated screening results presented to MutaMouse. MutaMouse will screen the resulting clones. Consultation is not included. MutaMouse should be listed in the acknowledgement of resulting publications.
