The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of The Medical and Surgical Centre Limited (“MSCL”/the “Company”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the Operation and Management Agreement (“O&M Agreement”) signed with Fortis Healthcare International Limited (“FHIL”) to operate, manage and market the services of both Wellkin Hospital (“Wellkin”) and Fortis Clinique Darné (“FCD”) is coming to an end on 31 December 2018. The O&M Agreement between MSCL and FHIL was signed in December 2008 for a 10-year period.
