These general terms and conditions are part of the contract to which they are attached (the “Agreement”) and apply to your use of any data provided by Visitorslist Inc. (“Visitorslist”), or its Parent, branches, affiliated companies or subsidiary companies established in USA, India, Australia and in other countries not listed in this agreement explicitly whose data or Services are referred to collectively as the “Data.”
