This Rider (“Rider”) forms a part of that certain Member Marketplace Access Agreement made and entered into, as of , 2022, by and between Member and XCLAIM (the “Agreement”). The Agreement, together with this Rider, is referred to herein collectively as the “Contract”. Capitalized terms not defined herein are as defined in the Member Marketplace Access Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the Member Marketplace Access Agreement and this Rider, the terms and conditions of this Rider shall prevail.
