This agreement (the ”Data Processing Agreement”) regulates Invision Power Services, Inc.’s (the ”Data Processor”) processing of personal data on behalf of the customer (the ”Data Controller”) and is an addendum to any applicable Master Services Agreement or other written or electronic agreement (the ”Main Agreement”), in which the parties have agreed to the terms for the Data Processor’s delivery of services to the Data Controller (the ”Main Services”).
