Before having access to or using the Eiger.IO APIs, you (“You”) should read these Terms of Use (“Terms”). In order to use the API, You must execute this agreement, or click the "I Agree" button, acknowledging Your agreement to these Terms, or provide a legally binding signature or equivalent in order to use the API. In addition, You must provide an email address for an authorized purchasing or contracting agent or officer within your organization, if any.
