This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the agreement between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando, with offices located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32821, a Florida not-for-profit corporation (“Visit Orlando” or “We”) and Bryan Geraards, an individual, with an address at Aartshertogenlaan 145, 5212CD, Den Bosch, Netherlands (“Contributor,” “You,” or “Your”) with respect to one or more works to be created by Contributor at the request of Visit Orlando in connection with the Production (as defined in Exhibit A) during the Term (as defined below).
