This General Online and Mobile Banking Agreement (“Agreement”) is incorporated by reference into and becomes a part of the Master Account Agreement and Disclosure governing your account(s). The terms and conditions in this Agreement govern and control to the extent that there is any conflict with the Master Account Agreement and Disclosures. Emblem Credit Union (hereinafter “Credit Union”, “EMBLEMCU”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our”) has the right to change this agreement at any time by notice mailed to you at the address shown on the Credit Union's account records, by posting notice in branches, or as otherwise permitted by law. The General Online and Mobile Banking Agreement controls any and all services offered via the Online and Mobile Banking platform. “You”, “Yours”, and “I” means the account owner, member, authorized signer, and any other party to which you provide a login or access code.
