DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION, acting as an administrator to the Africa Catalytic Growth Fund (referred to as “Association” or “World Bank”) and FUNDO DO INVESTIMENTO E PATRIMONIO DO ABASTECIMENTO DE AGUA (FIPAG) (“Project Implementing Entity”) (“Project Agreement”) in connection with the ACGF Grant Agreement (“Co-Financing Grant Agreement”) of same date between the REPUBLIC OF MOZAMBIQUE (“Recipient) and the World Bank.
