This Goods and Services Contract (“Contract”) for the Bus Station Electronic Signage Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of February 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Urban Solar, Inc., an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
