END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTEnd User License Agreement • March 30th, 2012
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between LifeLine Software Inc., a Texas corporation (“LSI”), and the entity to which the Software is delivered by LSI ( “Licensee”), and is effective as of the date of such delivery (the “Effective Date”). Licensee’s conduct in installing the Software is conclusive evidence of its acceptance of these terms and conditions. If Licensee rejects or does not otherwise wish to be bound by the following terms and conditions, then it must refrain from installing the Software and promptly return it to LSI for a full refund.
