This LEO Services Agreement is between Learning Technologies Group Limited dba LEO Learning (“LEO”) and the Client (“Client”) being the organisation specified in the Project Schedule (as defined below) that has requested various Services from LEO, and describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which LEO will provide those Services to the Client. In this Agreement, the Client and LEO are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
