This Continuing Disclosure Agreement (this “Disclosure Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 1, 2021, by HOUSTON BAPTIST UNIVERSITY, a Texas nonprofit corporation (the “University”) in connection with the issuance by the City of Houston Higher Education Finance Corporation (the “Issuer”) of $ of its University Revenue Bonds (Houston Baptist University Project), Series 2021(the “Bonds”). The Bonds are being issued pursuant to the terms of an Indenture of Trust dated as of March 1, 2021 (the “Indenture”) between the Issuer and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as trustee (in such capacity, together with any successor trustee, the “Trustee”).
